Kidney Belts
Our highest-volume programme and the product most buyers come to us for. Lumbar support belts for road, off-road, touring and racing use, built in layered constructions with elasticated side panels, adjustable closures and reinforced binding at every stress point.
Branding is applied in line — woven label, rubber patch or direct embroidery — and the belt is built to your own size chart rather than a generic S–XXL run.

The same five services run every programme, whether it is a single prototype or protective biker gear bulk production on repeat order. Each stage carries a named deliverable, so you always know what you are approving and what comes next.
Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference sample. Our pattern room returns graded patterns, material options and a fit sample for approval, with construction alternatives where a change lowers cost without weakening protection. Nothing goes to production before you seal a sample.
As a leather and textile motorcycle gear supplier we work in genuine leather, laminates and technical textiles — including Hipora, Thinsulate and GORE-TEX class membranes — matched to the climate, price point and certification of your market, with costing attached to each option.
Production runs against the sealed sample on dedicated lines, with your labelling, hangtags, barcodes and packaging applied in line rather than bolted on afterwards. Operators are assigned by category, so gloves and belts are built by teams who build them daily.
Checkpoints at cutting and stitching catch defects before they multiply; final inspection runs to an agreed AQL before packing. Third-party abrasion, tear and seam testing is arranged where your destination market requires documentation.
Consolidated shipments to North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, with documentation prepared for your customs broker and a repeat-order schedule agreed against your season. Split deliveries across warehouses are handled from the factory.

MOQ depends on the category and the level of customisation. Kidney belts, gloves and accessories run at lower minimums than laminated jackets, and a programme that reuses an existing pattern starts lower than a full development. Can you produce to our own patterns and labels?

Yes — full OEM and private label. Your patterns, graded sizes, trims, woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons. If you have no pattern, we develop one from your reference sample or sketch and hold the graded set on file for repeat orders.
How long from tech pack to first sample?

Do you supply small brands and startups?

Yes. New brands typically start with one or two categories — kidney belts and gloves are the usual entry — then widen the range once sell-through is proven. We would rather build a repeat customer than a single large order.
